These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of products and services provided by AuraMM. By accessing or using our site or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

AuraMM offers Expert Advisors (EAs) for MetaTrader 5. Purchases are processed through third-party storefronts (for example, Whop). When you purchase a product you agree to any terms imposed by the storefront in addition to these Terms.
All sales are final. By purchasing you acknowledge and accept that purchases are non-refundable and irreversible, except where required by applicable law. Make sure you understand the product before buying.
On successful purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased EA as described in the product documentation. You may not distribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the software beyond what is permitted by law.
You are responsible for using the software in compliance with applicable laws and with sensible risk management. Automated trading carries risk — past performance is not indicative of future results.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURAMM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AURAMM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
We use third-party platforms (for example Whop, Brevo) which have their own terms and privacy practices. AuraMM is not responsible for their actions; please review their terms when using their services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. If a dispute arises we will attempt to resolve it amicably; unresolved disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Italy, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
We may modify these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
